These rates cover bagging, taking bags downstairs and carrying waste by volume. Sorting items, carrying bulky furniture, loading and removal are agreed separately.

How to prepare
Photograph the entrance, stairs, lighting and contents. Tell us about any damp or damaged items and how to get into the loft: by stairs, a ladder or through a hatch.
You decide in advance what to keep and what to remove. Take documents, money and personal valuables out of items for collection. Waste types and collection availability are agreed before booking.

Additional work
The “Waste carrying” table covers only bagging and taking bags downstairs; the second shows vehicle dispatch. Sorting items, carrying furniture, loading and removal are agreed after your enquiry.
How booking works
