Provide facade area, material and height. Send overall views and fixing photos, with access arrangements and elements to preserve.
- The base rate covers only the named task and the agreed quantity.
- Removing adjoining coverings or framing, disconnecting services and preserving parts are agreed separately where required.
- Bagging, carrying and waste collection are not automatically included; they are added by agreement.
