Removal of old floor screed before further renovation work.
Share the area and screed thickness, and identify reinforcement or underfloor heating. Send photos and specify the substrate to retain.
- The base rate covers only the named task and the agreed quantity.
- Removing adjoining coverings or framing, disconnecting services and preserving parts are agreed separately where required.
- Bagging, carrying and waste collection are not automatically included; they are added by agreement.
