Description and scope of work
Dismantling of non-load-bearing partitions made from bricks, blocks and other materials.
Share the material, length, height and thickness. Before agreeing the work, the partition must be identified as non-load-bearing and utility locations checked.
- The base rate covers only the named task and the agreed quantity.
- Removing adjoining coverings or framing, disconnecting services and preserving parts are agreed separately where required.
- Bagging, carrying and waste collection are not automatically included; they are added by agreement.
