Description and scope of work
We remove ceramic and porcelain tiles and stone cladding from walls and floors before renovation. Adhesive removal and material preservation are agreed separately.
Include the material, area, underlying surface and whether it is on walls or floors. Send photos of fixings, edges near plumbing and surfaces to preserve.
- The base rate covers only the named task and the agreed quantity.
- Removing adjoining coverings or framing, disconnecting services and preserving parts are agreed separately where required.
- Bagging, carrying and waste collection are not automatically included; they are added by agreement.

Waste bagging and carrying are charged according to the separate “Waste carrying” table. Stair carrying is charged per bag and each floor descended. Vehicle dispatch is listed separately; carrying bulky items is assessed by dimensions and access.
